Debug...

Debug the agent. Add error trapping and record where the error occurs.

You may also want to look at the agent to see what it is doing. My guess is that on the new server you have more documents or more data that you process, and you have some variable declared as Integer but it is becoming larger than 32767. Probably in a loop of soem kind.
